ROW SEEDER
SEMSF13
The SEMSF13 and SEMSF13-T seeders are pneumatically operated machines, suitable for any type of tray and represent an initial approach to the concept of automation of the greenhouse production process.
Seeding is performed by a bar with nozzles which suctions the seed and deposits it in a precise and uniform way in the cells, row by row; in the same process, the hole is made in which the seed will be accurately inserted.
The SEMSF13 and SEMSF13-T are semi-automatic machines that operate with compressed air through a pneumatic system, working for single trays handled by the operator.
Excellent flexibility of use thanks to the easy seeding nozzle changeover, suitable for both small and large seeds.
SEEDING
Our customizable modular machines are characterized by the possibility of selecting multiple sowing solutions such as: automatic drum seeding lines, row seeding lines or plate seeding lines.
FILLING
Our range of filling machines includes: manual and automatic potting machines, trays fillers and soil mixers, a big bale breaker and peat block makers.
TRANSPLANTING
Urbinati’s nurseries robotic trasplanters automatic nurseries transplanters allow multiple seedling transplanting from one trays to another thanks to the motorized wireless grippers and easily removable and equipped with exclusive flat profile needles.
LABELLING
The Urbinati automatic labelling machines for greenhouses and nurseries allow to make fully automatic the application of labels on trays and pots in greenhouses.
HANDLING
Urbinati offers to customers a series of machines for the automation of the handling process in greenhouses and nurseries.
DIBBLING
Our automatic dibbling machines with pins or drills have an adjustable dibbler depth and hourly production up to 800 containers/h, they are equipped with sliding support guides that make easy the removal of the plate, while the entry-exit of the containers takes place on a belt system with variable length from 3,300 to 6,300 mm.
TRIMMING
In the Urbinati trimming machines, cutting height and blade speed are easily adjustable to ensure a precise plant cut. The machines have an hourly production up to 1200 containers/ hour and a width that can accommodate containers up to 500 mm, whose handling is through a conveyor belt feed system.
